Personalised Session

Treat yourself to an hour dedicated to only you! Your special time at the studio will be completely private.

Work on unfolding your postural patterns and discover the power you never knew you had. Your instructor will expertly analyse your posture and determine your unique spinal curvatures. Taking into consideration your flexibility, athletic ability, doctor’s advice and your learning style, you will be put through a series of appropriate exercises to explore your strengths. The pace of your workout will be progressively increased to also provide cardiovascular benefits.

You will be taught to use Pilates apparatus and mat work to help you to use your body in a scientifically sound way.

Duet Session

Achieving your goals with someone special is emotionally rewarding. Strengthen your relationship with your friend, spouse, parent, sibling or child by sharing your time at a duet session with PROMAE PILATES.

They are the most rewarding when arranged between two close family members, friends or life partners.

Willingness to support and encourage each other, competing playfully and experiencing physical challenges together allows you to have a better understanding of your partner’s needs and make PROMAE PILATES a bonding time for the two of you, as well as great exercise.

Group Encouragement

PROMAE PILATES Group Encouragement sessions together with a number of others create a wonderful social dynamic.

Be part of the energy in the room to make your workout a fun experience.  At PROMAE PILATES the number of participants are limited to provide you with a greater individual experience and better overall value in the classes.

Group Encouragement are a great way to get many of the benefits of Pilates with other clients at a similar level. We still provide lots of individual attention as there are rarely more than 6 and never more than 8 clients in one class. We encourage movement through the different levels as you progress, and your body strengthens.
